Processing time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the Canada Post website or the carrier's tracking portal.
Delays & issues
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, carrier delays, customs processing). We are not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at rimalboutique@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at rimalboutique@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
