Payments
We do not accept cash payments.
Full payment is required to confirm any order (no partial payments allowed).
Orders will only be processed after receiving valid payment confirmation.
Once payment is completed, it is non-cancellable, even if the order is still under processing or has not yet been shipped.
Refund Policy
No refunds are accepted under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours only from the time of delivery.
Requests must be submitted within:
12 hours of receiving the order (for size issues or concerns).
After 24 hours from delivery, no exchanges will be accepted.
Exchanges are subject to availability and are only allowed for selected items.
Not all products are eligible for exchange.


Exchange Conditions
Items must be:
Unused
Unworn
In original condition and packaging
The following will NOT be accepted:
Used or worn items
Items with any stains, perfumes, or damage
Items returned without original packaging
Any product damaged after delivery


Additional Conditions
Rimal Boutique reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.
Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects.
Delivery timelines may vary, and delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
